Side effects of Cialis (Tadalafil)

The most common side effects that may be experienced following consumption of Cialis include:

Cialis from $0.75
  • headache
  • indigestion
  • back pain
  • muscle aches
  • flushed skin
  • stuffy or runny nose

However, when present, these side effects may be expected to disappear several hours following the onset of symptoms.

In rare instances, taking Cialis may lead to a painful erection. If erectile-related pain is experienced, or a persistent erection lasting more than four hours in length occurs, users should immediately visit the nearest emergency department. Erections lasting greater than four hours can pose dangerous health risks.

Taking Cialis may not be safe for men with certain medical conditions, including individuals who have had a recent stroke or stroke history, have heart disease or retinitis pigmentosa (an eye disease).

Taking Cialis may cause adverse reactions with other medications that are currently being taken, which includes nitrate and blood pressure therapies. Men using nitrates in any form or are undergoing treatment for pulmonary hypertension should not take Cialis.
